Download live data as CSV. The Items file includes per-department stock and lots, and is the same format the importer accepts.
Data — import items
CSV columns (only Name is required): Name, Barcode, Type, Supplier, Unit, ReorderLevel, Notes, Stock, Lots. Supplier is a name (created if new). Stock is per-department, e.g. Chem:10; Micro:2, or a plain number for the default department below. Lots are LOT:YYYY-MM-DD:QTY separated by ; and go to the first department listed.
